Who we are
This website is operated by Infinity Group DFW Inc. (“we”, “us”), a custom pool, spa and outdoor living construction company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact form. Our contact form does not send your information to our website or store it on any server. When you press the submit button, your own email app opens with the details you typed (such as your name, phone number, email address, project address or city, ZIP code, interests, timeline and message) already filled in. We receive that information only if you choose to send the email.
Phone and email. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about your project.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers through this website or by email.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a design or proposal, carry out and manage a project you hire us for, and keep ordinary business records of our communications.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our email provider), with professionals working on your project when needed to perform it, or when required by law.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not currently use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Third-party services used to deliver this website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. These providers handle that data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as needed for the project and our business, tax and legal records.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (unless we must keep it for legal or business-record reasons). Contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Please keep in mind that no method of sending information over the internet, including email, is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
